Entry Requirements
Applicants should normally:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree, Level 6 qualification or equivalent, or
- Possess relevant professional qualifications and substantial work experience
- Demonstrate sufficient English-language proficiency where English is not their first language
- Normally be aged 21 or above
Applications may also be considered through Recognition of Prior Learning or relevant professional experience.
Progression
Successful graduates may progress to an LLM or related master’s top-up programme, subject to university approval; postgraduate study in international law, commercial law, corporate law or dispute resolution; legal, compliance, governance, regulatory or policy-related employment; or professional development within business, government and international organisations. This qualification is an academic and professional development programme and does not, by itself, qualify a graduate to practise as a solicitor or barrister.
